With 20+ years of experience in consulting and mentoring, I know what it takes to navigate complex organizations, reinvent professionally, and lead from a place of genuine self-awareness. That experience, combined with my iPEC coaching training and ICF certification, shapes everything I do with clients.
Outside of coaching, I'm building bloomwave.app — a platform for personal growth tools — and creating original work in oil, watercolor, photography, and fused glass. My first solo show is planned for 2027.
